Give yourself the gift of self-care!  Join us for a rejuvenating Gals Need Pals Mini Wellness Retreat Day on November 16th, hosted by Hannah Talbot of Anam Cara Healing Center in the heart of Downtown Spokane. From 10 AM to 2 PM, immerse yourself in a day dedicated to relaxation, self-care, and connection, designed to help you destress and prepare for the upcoming holiday season.

The retreat will begin with a serene Goddess Yoga Flow and Sound Bath, dropping you into bliss and relaxation.  Next we will connect with other attendees and enjoy a nourishing lunch to fuel you, mind, body, and soul.

We'll then move into a mini workshop to focus on how to manage stress and protect your energy during the holidays, equipping you with practical tools to stay grounded and centered. Finally we get to play in a mini workshop exploring how to use Tarot and Oracle cards to connect with your higher self to gain clarity and feel more balanced.

You will leave this day feeling revitalized, connected to the community and ready to flow into the winter season with ease.

Gather girlies, it’s time for Friendsgiving. A perfect holiday for serving delicious food while serving looks. The only time ‘she ate’ can be used as a double entendre. Let’s dish out our favorite sweater because Gals Need Pals is having another event!

This years GNP annual Friendsgiving event will be held in the heart of Kendall Yards at one of the most desirable restaurants in town—Sorella. Your tickets will include a 4 course meal, entry Prosecco, and glass of wine with dinner. This dreamy gathering will be held on November 11th, doors will open at 5:30 and dinner will be served hot at 6:30. We have the restaurant to ourselves, so the first hour will give you an opportunity to enjoy your Prosecco while walking around and mingling!

Don't miss our SPOOKTACULAR annual Halloween birthday bash! This Ghouls Night Out will be one for the BOO-ks. This is a women-only costume party, so us ladies feel safe dancing the night away. We will set this up like 'speed dating' utilizing short time increments, but we will not determine 'matches' at the end.
